Picking a smart design using proven materials are key to equipping a Subaru Forester with the best in road protection.

Factory splash guards provide some protection but at the expense of sandwiching waste between their molded “guards” and fender wells. Many are manufactured by contracted suppliers who specialize in economy plastics and rubber materials that come at a lower cost to the OEMs, resulting in a lower price to consumer. The difference is in how these materials age, particularly in challenging weather and road conditions. Some will stain, chalk and retain road spray; others break under duress.

Rally Armor uses a custom formulated polyurethane for its mud flaps. This plastic combines rubber elasticity, slick solvent resistance with high heat and extreme cold resilience. Off and on-road, polyurethane provides enduring and comprehensive protection for Subaru owners worldwide.
