L'INSTALLATION DU PRODUIT SUR LE VÉHICULE PRÉVU PEUT AFFECTER, LIMITER OU ANNULER LA COUVERTURE DES OBLIGATIONS DE GARANTIE DU FABRICANT DU VÉHICULE. Ceci inclut tout évènement impliquant deux ou plusieurs véhicules en compétition entre eux ou un véhicule ou plus en compétition contre la montre, et ce, nonobstant du fait qu’un prix, un trophée ou toute autre forme de reconnaissance, rémunération ou considération puissent résulter de la participation ou de la victoire à un tel événement, qu’il soit de niveau professionnel ou non.

THE INSTALLATION OF ANY PRODUCT MAY IMPACT PERFORMANCE OR ADVENTURE ON THE VEHICLE AND MAY BE RESTRICTED OR PROHIBITED BY LOCAL LAWS OR REGULATIONS and may cause situations such as, among others, the prohibition of said vehicle from circulating on public and private roads and highways or a finding declaring the vehicle non-compliant with current anti-pollution laws and regulations. By purchasing and/or installing the product, the buyer becomes fully responsible for any verification or consequence related to the compliance of the vehicle with local laws and regulations of the territory in which the vehicle is used.
